Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the Karada platform, including creating an account, generating MCP servers from OpenAPI specifications, or deploying endpoints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not possess such authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Karada platform.

2.1 Generally. We may offer certain Services to you at no charge, including free developer accounts, sandbox environments, trial usage quotas, and preview or beta features (“Free Services”). Your use of Free Services is subject to any additional guidelines or limits we specify and is permitted solely during the period designated by us.

2.2 No Warranty. FREE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND. KARADA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING AVAILABILITY, UPTIME, SUPPORT, AND SECURITY FOR FREE OR BETA SERVICES.

2.3 Modification and Discontinuation. We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or terminate your access to Free Services at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.

3.1 Subscription Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all applicable subscription fees, Karada grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to access and use the Karada platform, generate Go MCP server code from OpenAPI specifications, deploy endpoints, and route tool calls.

3.2 Restrictions. You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Karada proprietary engine, code generators, or orchestrator;
• Resell, sublicense, lease, or syndicate access to the platform without prior written authorization from Karada;
• Use the platform to build, benchmark, or train a directly competitive product or service;
• Circumvent rate limits, concurrency guards, token limits, or access controls;
• Transmit malicious payloads, exploit vulnerabilities, or cause denial of service against Karada infrastructure or third-party downstream APIs.

4.1 Fees and Plans. Certain features and services may be offered free of charge or in preview. When paid subscriptions or metered usage tiers (such as Gateway Pro or All-Access Pro) are activated, applicable fees will be clearly presented on our pricing page or during checkout. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Processing. When you subscribe to a paid tier or purchase usage credits, transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, Paddle, or equivalent PCI-DSS compliant billing providers). You authorize our payment partners to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Karada does not directly store, process, or transmit raw credit card numbers.

4.3 Upgrades, Downgrades & Overages. Tier upgrades take effect immediately, and any price differential is prorated across the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period. Usage exceeding tier allowances (such as excessive tool call volume or container hours) may incur overage fees as stated in your plan.

4.4 Refunds. Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, all paid fees are non-refundable and non-creditable.

5.1 Infrastructure. Karada hosts and runs your Go MCP servers on managed infrastructure (primarily high-performance serverless container runtimes and managed container services). We implement automated scaling, health probes, and cold start mitigation.

5.2 Service Availability. While we architect our systems for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance during low-traffic windows, with advance notice posted to our status dashboard whenever practicable.

5.3 Emergency Suspension. We may immediately suspend any deployment or gateway endpoint if we detect anomalous activity, DDoS amplification, runaway API requests, or active security threats originating from or directed at your deployment.

6.1 Customer Data & Code. As between you and Karada, you retain all right, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to your OpenAPI specifications, API definitions, schemas, and any code or data you supply (“Customer Data”). You grant Karada a limited, revocable, royalty-free license to host, compile, parse, and execute Customer Data solely to provide the platform services to you.

6.2 Karada IP. Karada and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Karada platform, the Go MCP code generation engine, runtime libraries, gateway routing logic, UI designs, trademarks, and documentation. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth herein.

6.3 Zero Model Training. Karada does NOT use Customer Data, OpenAPI schemas, or runtime MCP payloads to train public or proprietary machine learning models.

7.1 Definition. “Confidential Information” means all non-public information disclosed by one party to the other that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given its nature, including business plans, technical specifications, and security architectures.

7.2 Protection Standard. Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information (but not less than a reasonable degree of care) and not to disclose such information to any third party except as authorized by these Terms.

7.3 Encrypted Secret Vaults. Karada provides encrypted storage for API keys and tokens required by your MCP servers to authenticate with upstream services. Keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3 to authorized execution containers.

8.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Karada account credentials, team API keys, and access tokens. You must notify us immediately at support@karada.ai if you suspect any compromise or unauthorized access.

8.2 AI Agent Safety & Downstream Actions. When connecting Karada MCP endpoints to autonomous AI models (such as Cursor, Claude Desktop, or custom agent frameworks), you are responsible for establishing guardrails, confirmation dialogs, and permission scopes for destructive or state-modifying actions (e.g., database writes, deletes, or financial transfers).

8.3 Prohibited Content. You may not use the Service to build, host, or expose tools intended to facilitate illegal gambling, child exploitation, malware distribution, harassment, cyberattacks, or hate speech.

Karada enables interoperability between AI clients and external third-party services (such as GitHub, Stripe, Shopify, or custom internal microservices) via Model Context Protocol servers.

You acknowledge that your use of third-party APIs remains subject to those third parties' respective terms of service and privacy policies. Karada is not responsible for changes, rate limits, deprecations, outages, or data practices of third-party providers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW:

(A) IN NO EVENT SHALL KARADA, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.

(B) KARADA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (I) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100 USD); OR (II) THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO KARADA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13.1 Duration. These Terms take effect upon your first access to the platform and remain in full force while you maintain an active account or use the Service.

13.2 Cancellation by You. You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time through the Karada settings dashboard. Cancellation of a paid subscription halts future recurring charges at the end of the active billing period.

13.3 Termination by Karada. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without liability, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay invoiced amounts, or if required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

13.4 Survival. Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.

14.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.

14.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Karada with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.3 Severability & Waiver. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
